ECU(Engine control unit)

Ecu is the most important part of almost all modern vehicles. This unit is use to control the computational processes of all electric components including fuel injection, ignition timing and emissions of the vehicle.

There are some sub types of ECU’s written as follow :

• Transmission Control Unit (TCU): It is use to Controls the transmission system, including gear shifting.
• Brake Control Module (BCM): IT is use to manages the anti-lock braking system (ABS) and electronic stability control (ESC).
• Airbag Control Unit (ACU): Its use is to monitors crash sensors and deploys airbags.
• Body Control Module (BCM): It is controls functions such as power windows, mirrors, locks, and interior lighting.
• Climate Control Module: It manages the vehicle’s heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system.
